High Minerals and Electrolytes
64 oz. / half gallon purified water
½ cup fresh squeezed, organic lemon juice
¼ cup unsweetened, organic, pure cranberry juice
¼ to ½ teaspoon high mineral Himalayan pink salt
8 packets or 1 tablespoon Sweet Leaf stevia
Mix all together and store in a glass jar in the refrigerator. The Sweet Leaf has a fiber additive and may take a few minutes to dissolve.
Drink this frequently throughout the day. It is a good way to get yourself used to adding more water to your daily diet. It tastes sweet without adding sugar to your diet. All ingredients may be adjusted to personal taste and herbs or other enhancements may be added per your intuition.
